We understand the importance of having clear and concise policies in place, and as such, we have created this Refund Policy page to provide you with information regarding our policies and procedures in case you encounter any issues with our services.
RETURNS:
As we only offer services on our website, we regret to inform you that we cannot process returns.
REFILLS:
We understand that some of the services we provide may experience a drop in quantity over time due to the nature of our business. However, all the services we provide are guaranteed a refill for up to a year after the purchase. The refill will be provided up to the original promotion target excluding any extras; we cannot refill above that number. Additionally, we cannot refill services acquired organically or bought through different providers if the target is above our target. For instance, if you had 0 followers before our promotion, and you have purchased 1000 followers from us, our promotion target will be 1000 followers. If you ever fall under 1000 followers, we could refill your account up to 1000 followers.
REFUNDS:
We only offer full refunds if the service we have provided is entirely removed by platforms. For example, if you have lost all your followers. If you have lost some of your followers, and you do not want any refill, we can offer a partial refund, only for the equivalent of the services amount lost, dropped.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS:
In the unlikely event that we cannot provide the services advertised on our website, we will provide you with a full refund. If we provide a service not as described on our website, we will fully refund your order. We cannot offer refunds or refills if/when you place multiple orders from different suppliers at the same time. There is no way to tell who has delivered your services, and/or which service has dropped in quantity.
