Digital Service Nature: We specialize in digital services for social media platforms, which by their nature, do not allow for returns.

Refill Policy: Our refill guarantee covers up to one year from the purchase date. This is limited to the original service quantity. Refills are not applicable to organic gains or services from other providers.

Refund Conditions:

  • Full Refund: If a service is completely invalidated by a platform, a full refund is offered.
  • Partial Refund: Partial refunds are provided only if we are unable to fulfill the refill promise. The refund will be proportional to the unfulfilled part of the service.
